1. Engagement Principles

All cybersecurity audits, server assessments, remote diagnostic tasks, and software implementations require explicit, written scoping agreements authorized by the verified asset owner. NITECHSPARK strictly inspects only agreed-upon endpoints, servers, and digital systems. We perform zero testing outside written boundaries.

3. Realistic Security & Engineering Disclaimers

While our structured 9-area evaluations and hardening protocols adhere to rigorous engineering standards (such as CIS Benchmarks), an assessment captures the security posture at a specific point in time. NITECHSPARK does not guarantee absolute immunity against novel zero-day exploits, advanced persistent threats, or subsequent unauthorized environment modifications.

4. Integration Feasibility

E-commerce, CRM, ERP, and WhatsApp API integrations are dependent upon the documented API limits, webhook reliability, and authentication mechanisms provided by third-party platforms (e.g. Meta, Shopify, Zoho). Integration feasibility is validated on a per-platform basis.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All proprietary client code, data structures, and private business workflows remain the exclusive property of the client. Deliverables, custom scripts, and architectural documentation prepared for the client transfer to the client upon full settlement of the agreed engagement fees.

6. Governing Law

These terms and any formal engagement contracts shall be governed by the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India.
